NYC Meeting, Meetup & I have no rights!

Folks,
       This message has info on:
  • NYC Meeting, Dec 11th - Americans for Legal Reform (ALR), a great group!
  • Use Meetup - get local people to a real meeting.
  • Letter from Parent - took our daughter, we have no rights....
NYC Meeting, Dec 11th - ALR has been around in the New York City area for a long time.  They're a very active group with demonstrated ability to get media coverage of legal corruption and bias.  They are also active in pointing out child custody/support abuses.

If you live near New York City and want to help change the system, highly encourage you to go to their meeting.   Link for more info --> http://americans4legalreform.com/aflr-meetings/

Use Meetup - and get people to a real meeting.  Many reform organizers have noticed it's hard to get people to show up.  We recently discovered the online platform at Meetup.com and can highly recommend it!  It's very geared to people who want to find like-minded individuals in their local area.  It could be hiking or wine-tasting, but they also support 'social causes'.  They make it very easy to search -- try it out!

One thing we noted was very few Family Rights groups.   We'd like to fill that gap.  It does cost money.  The AKidsRight Board hasn't made any firm usage plans yet, but we may be able to support fee payment and help with organizing if you're willing to try to start a local group.   Of course, you need to support similar goals & approach to reform --> https://www.AKidsRight.org/goals/

Letter from Parent - We get this type of message almost every week. They took our daughter, we have no rights...   it needs to change!  [Including it as is.  You may not be wealthy, eloquent, or a grammar pro -- but you still have a right to be presumed a Fit & Equal parent.]

I don't know if you can help we or not, but I have a very complicated case, my daughter at 12 I put her on probation cause I thought I was doing the right thing to get her in the right direction and asking for help. Lawyers has told me and even the juvenile probation officer boss has told me that it was illegal for then to even put her on probation to begin with. Now my daughter is 15 she violated probation again and got put in a foster home on December 17th, 2017,let me just say my daughter is a excellent child she was not picked for little things and violated. Anyhow we had supervised visits from day one and were doing family counseling seemed all was well. Now I haven't seen her since June and cps cane yo where we live and took pic of the room she'd b in and food and took drug test on us. Then closed the case. Let me also just say since this been going on not once did we deal with cps its always her juviinile po and she is also our case worker. Is that legal? Cause she is puking NY daughter to b adopted because she's been heard several times saying that our daughter has potential but she won't reach that potential if she comes home to us. We don't have the money the foster parents have can't get HDR in the sports and etc. But that doesn't make us bad parents. All of this doing is all by the juvenile po/case worker. How can she be partial and help us if she wants much daughter to have better then us? Its not right she not trying to reunify us and they brain washed our daughter. She thinks we're out doing drugs instead of getting her back or we don't want here and that can't be farthest fringe the truth ibe been fighting since decades. Her probation officer never let us have phone time or write letters even. We have been kept isolated so they can tell her whatever they want and the judge goes with whatever the po says. Is it legal for her yo be our case worker as well? And how does a juvinile probation officer have that much authority over if we lose our parental rights etc and keep her from u how can she do all of this? They finally after I said we have the right to a lawyer appointed us each one but they're court app and do what they're told I can't afford a private attorney please please if you have any suggestions I'd love to hear them
