Supreme Court to hear parental rights (not really - sorry!!)

Good People & People of Faith,

            Don't usually like to run 'retractions', but our last 
message announced that the US Supreme was ready to hear a parental 
rights case.   That is not so.   What was filed was actually a Petition 
for Certiorari. <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Certiorari>     This is 
just asking the Court to hear your case, they get thousands every year 
-- the acceptance rate is about 1% and maybe less.

             I had read the 'press release' from Mr. Koziol (who is an 
attorney) and the wording was so strong I assumed Certiorari had been 
granted.  One of you pointed out, below, that was not case... If the 
Court agrees to hear the case, that would be BIG news and we'll let you 
know.

             Anyone can submit a petition to the Court.  For an example
