Murtari in custody

At app 10 am today, 9/4, John Murtari returned to the Syracuse Federal
Building to write a simple message on the Plaza.  "I LOVE YOU DOM" &
"Sen. Clinton Help Us!"  He wrote on the ground with kid's sidewalk
chalk. He was taken into custody. We haven't heard from John yet, so
we don't have any further information at this time.  Please check back
